Ahhh, fall has arrived. Leaves are changing colors, we need a jacket as we head out the door in the mornings, and it gets dark earlier. At school we have new learning opportunities and a bounty of “fun” activities ahead. Make the most out of those chilly or wet days indoors. Read daily, practice your math skills, and hone those writing skills by keeping a journal. I hope you will take the time to bank some “coins” of knowledge into your educational wisdom fund. Be ready to come to school every day. Do your classwork and your homework. Study for your tests. Always check “my pages” for homework assignments.
Learning is like building a home. You have to lay a strong foundation. Each year brings new building blocks. Aptitude is important. Attitude and the willingness to apply yourself is everything.
